The Hut Amsterdam Serviced apartments
What came first the chicken or the egg? A similar conundrum can be asked about Amsterdam. What came first mass tourism or Airbnb? Regardless of the answer what’s clear is that the combination of more and more properties being turned into bed and breakfast places has led to a shortage of properties for long-term rental and an increase in the average rent along with a worsening of the quality of places available. The opening of the Hut Amsterdam is, therefore, good news for expats and locals alike.
